Sausage Quiche

1 lb breakfast or italian sausage
8 oz swiss cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg stouffers spinach souffle

Thaw spinach, brown sausage, mix w/spinach mix, add remaining ingredients. Mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake @ 350” for 30 minutes.

Coconut Macaroons dipped in chocolate

Mix 1/3 cup of flour, large bag of coconut and 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk with your hands. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes @ 400”. (Til tips are brown). Cool and dip in chocolate (choc chips melted in microwave-melt 30 seconds at a time-stirring each time)
